We start with organic Turkish apricots ripened on trees by the warm Mediterranean sun. Once picked, they are dried naturally, without the addition of sulfur, so they gain a rich molasses hue. Then they are gently pasteurized and rehydrated with water making them soft and delicious. Just juicy, sweet and tart goodness!
